DutiesWork on large scale community events such as the Health Expo, Mental Health Forum, Mental Health Symposium etc. * organize all aspects of events, venue, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, promotional material etc. * create the invitee list * provide feedback and periodic reports to the President * propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality * cooperate with Public Relations to publicize the event * handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day * research, identify event opportunities and generate public interest
