DutiesShare your knowledge and expertise as a volunteer instructor with older adults * use your expertise, knowledge, passion, on a wide variety of subjects in the Arts, Humanities, Sciences, Technology and Contemporary Issues * develop the course including research, provide reading materials, presentation, and delivery * courses can be delivered in a variety of formats, Lecture with some Q&A, Lecture with some discussion, Discussion (facilitated course), Interactive/hands-on (such as painting, memoir writing, etc.) and courses can include guest speakers. 
 
To assist volunteers, an Instructor Coaching and Mentoring Program are available, and an Instructor Training Program will be available in the new year (2020) and is free for anyone who wants to become an instructor or improve their present instructor skill sets
