Duties

Driver/Assistant Driver 

We are looking for a Driver/Assistant Driver. This volunteer position will assist one day a week Monday to Sunday on a regular basis to help pick up and drop off food to and from various locations. 

This position includes:

  • Meeting our driver at 8:00 am and finishing around 12:00 pm
  • Loading and unloading our truck with the help of other volunteers 
  • Must have valid Driver’s License
  • Must be able to lift 20-lbs and go up and down a flight of stairs
  • Assistant drivers to cover shifts when the driver is not available 

Please be advised that we are looking for long term volunteers. This position is not temporary, and we are hoping to find volunteers that are able to make a long-term commitment. Upon finding ideal candidates, training will be provided.

We are currently in greatest need of a permanent driver for Thursdays. However, we would also greatly appreciate any assistance on the other days of the week, as additional support is always helpful.
