Duties

Connect with new stroke survivors and/or caregivers in the local hospital setting.  Must be a stroke survivor/caregiver. Lived experience with the effects of a stroke and utilze their experience to provide hope, encouragement, eduation and emotional support to people who are beginning the recovery process.

Cost Reimbursement of Police check after 3 months service.
Police Check Required
Additional Requirements Proof of immunization - MMRI and Varicella. 2 step TB tests. COVID 19
