Duties

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Grant Writing Volunteer to support DFCC in identifying and securing funding opportunities to sustain and expand our programs. The ideal candidate will research grants, draft compelling proposals, and work collaboratively with our team to meet funding requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify relevant grant opportunities from government, corporate, and foundation sources.
  • Write, edit, and submit grant proposals and applications.
  • Develop compelling narratives that align with DFCC’s mission, vision, and programs.
  • Maintain records of grant applications, deadlines, and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with DFCC leadership and program coordinators to gather necessary information.
