Duties
  • attend a 2-day training to review members (clients) in detail, daily procedures, support measures & other camp logistics - dates are July 29th & 30th and August 12th & 13th - can do one full weekend or one Saturday and one Sunday of either weekend.
  • Attend a mixer event on Thursday August 17th from 7-9pm 
  • Luggage drop off: bringing your luggage & medications on Saturday August 20th between 1-3pm
  • Campers arrive at Sunrise building located in Whitby at 7:30am to depart at 8am Monday August 21st and leave to arrive by approximately 5pm on Sunday August 27th
  • Support members in our camp setting including but not limited to: emotional support, hygiene, daily routines, volunteer to be a friend
  • Provide support with programming and activities
  • Ensure members are engaged and having fun
  • Support staff with planning, set up, clean up and member support
