Duties

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

Be Part of the Magic at Topsy Turvy Whimsical Day!
450 Vista Community Centre & Park, Oshawa
August 8 & 9 | ⏰ 11 AM – 6 PM

We’re looking for kind, energetic, and reliable volunteers to help us create an unforgettable day for families in our community!
Whether you’re great with people, organized behind the scenes, or passionate about inclusion, there’s a role for you.

Volunteer Roles Include:
✨ Welcome table & guest check-in
Assisting at craft or sensory stations
Managing game zones (ring toss, giant connect 4, etc.)
Helping with event setup and cleanup
Capturing event photos (on phones or cameras)
Supporting the concession/snack area
Directing guests and answering basic questions
Supporting the VIP area (calm, shaded space for families)
Assisting workers and families with disabilities to help ensure a smooth, supportive experience
Monitoring safety and cleanliness in activity zones

Shifts available both days — half or full-day.

Volunteers will receive water, snacks, and lots of love and gratitude
